Camping is an interesting summer activity practiced by many people. This sport is practiced by the whole family and their friends and relatives. Either a single day or either the whole summer is a good moment for camping. I have been practicing camping since my childhood. At first, it was a family escape then it became something being done with friends.

My whole family and I love doing camping. I also like doing it alone. Camping is usually practiced the weekend in our family. Driving 2 hours afar from the city, we know a nice camping spot. My kids love this camping place. Breathing air, away from the city, is very important for the health.

The equipment used in camping is very important. During that escape, you should carefully select what you will bring with you. Don't forget things for the kitchen and of course the North Face Vario 23 tent. Bringing two of them is the right thing to do for the whole family. One tent for the children and the other one for myself and my wife. This tent has very good water resistance and is lightweight. Do not forget to pack another fishing pole in case you will go fishing and your main one will get broken.

Camping is a great experience in family. My kids love to take walks, to run around and a lot more. For myself, it is the best way to get rid of the weekly stress. For those rainy days, we found out a camping park where rustic cabins are available. For us, it is the perfect spot. So even during sunny weekends or during rainy ones, my family and I did find a great escape.

A last thing to mention is how important health is during those trips. Any campers should always pack an emergency kit for those long days. Think you might be some hours away from the nearest hospital and obviously you do need to be prepared for anything.
